摘  要:对双回路冰箱中的新型中间补气压缩机的运行状况进行了研究 ,其目的在于研究该种压缩机应用于家用冰箱的可行性。在压缩机的热力学模型基础上对某冰箱厂的全封闭压缩机进行了改造和试验 ,并对该模型进行了仿真与优化 ,初步得出补气口缝隙x的最佳取值范围为 0 5mm~ 0 6 6mm。The purpose of this paper is to study the possibilities of using this gas compensating processes (GCP) compressor in a domestic refrigerator.Research on the operation of the refrigerating machine working on double circuit cycle that permits GCP in a single cylinder compressor has been carried out.Based on the thermodynamic model,the experiments and improvement were carried out on the basis of a modified small hermetic lubricated compressor to check the correctness.At the same time,simulation and optimization were made for the model,and we concluded that the range of optimum value of gas compensating aperture is between 0 5mm~0 66mm.
