摘  要:采用胶体金标记法研究了杨梅大小年结果树花芽发端期间芽体和叶肉细胞内钙调素(Ca M)的分布 .结果表明 ,Ca M主要存在于芽体和叶肉细胞的液泡、细胞核、细胞质间质和内含物以及叶肉细胞间隙和叶绿体中 .在花芽发端初期 ,芽体细胞核、液泡和细胞质间质的 Ca M和叶肉细胞间隙、液泡、细胞质间质和叶绿体的 Ca M均呈现相对含量最大值 ,芽体细胞核、液泡和细胞质间质的 Ca M相对含量均高于叶肉细胞 ,说明 Ca M参与调节花芽孕育过程 .在花芽发端期间 ,杨梅小年结果树芽体和叶肉细胞核、细胞质间质和液泡的 Ca M相对含量都高于大年结果树 ,可能是小年结果树花芽发端数过多而大年结果树太少的重要原因之一 .In 2000, on-year and off-year trees of 'Biji' bayberry during flower initiation were used to determine the distribution of calmodulin in the cells of bud and mesophyll with rabbit anti-potato IgG-gold 20 . Calmodulin located mainly in vacuole, nucleus, cytoplasm and cell content of bud cells and mesophyll cells, and intercellular space and chloroplast of mesophyll cells. At the flower bud initiation stage, the relative contents of calmodulin in nucleus, cytoplasm and vacuole of bud cells all showed peaks, and those in cytoplasm, vacuole, intercellular space and chloroplast of mesophyll cells also did so. The relative contents of calmodulin in nucleus, vacuole, cytoplasm in bud cells were significantly higher than those of mesophyll cells. It is suggested that calmodulin plays a role during flower bud initiation, and higher relative content of calmodulin in bud cells at the flower bud initiation stage maybe stimulates flower initiation,and the higher contents of calmodulin in nucleus, cytoplasm and vacuole of both bud cells and mesophyll cells in off-year trees than in on-year trees during flower bud initiation might cause more flower buds initiation in off-year trees.
