摘　　要：湿陷性黄土地区采和灰土井桩作为多层建筑物的地基基础比较广泛，具有设计简单、施工方便、造价低、工期短的优点，经济效益十分明显。在选用灰土井桩时，注意有关设计参数的选择；对湿陷性黄土地基，设计时充分考虑防排水措施，施工中要保证防水层施工的质量。In collapsible loess area of Shaanxi province the application of lime pile as the foundation of multi stories building is usual. The reasons are that it is simple in design, convenient to construction with lower cost, short building period and obvious economic benefit. When using the lime pile, the engineer should be careful in choosing the relevant indices, think fully about the drainage methods and ensure the quality of waterproof layer.
