贵州省竹产业开发途径与措施

摘　　要：本文以“贵州省特色森林资源开发与产业化发展研究”课题为基础 ,主要通过 INBAR网络了解国内外竹产业发展动态 ,结合贵州实际 ,分析了贵州竹产业存在的 6大问题和所面临的8大机遇 ,认真总结了竹业在贵州社会经济、产业结构调整等方面的 5大作用和 5大风险的规避策略 ,提出了竹产业发展的中。s:Based on the project'Researches on Exploitation and Industrialization of Special Forest Resources in Guizhou Province',the dynamics of bamboo industry have been analyzed through INBAR network at internal and external level.With Guizhou provincial practice,the exciting problems that have been faced are 6 aspects as fellow:The total quantity of bamboo resources is not abundant.The development level of bamboo industry is not high.The bamboo resources contradictory between use and stock is sticking out.The management ways is waiting for exchangeable.The bamboo leading factories are waiting for being made.The economics rule is waiting as importance part in bamboo industry chains.With Great Development in Western China,the Guizhou provincial bamboo industry has 8 aspect occasions such as the nature forest conservation project,Return farmland to forest and grass project,the Karst dsertification management project,the water and soil loss management project,etc. After resuming the bamboo important rule in Guizhou social economics and industrial structure regulation,the bamboo developing risks and solving methods have been expounded.The paper has been putting out the long-term and short-term bamboo industry developing patterns and measures.Some relevant bamboo developing policy suggestion has set.
