猪繁殖呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)S_A毒株的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：从仔猪内脏分离到一株猪繁殖呼吸综合征病毒 (PRRSV)毒株 ,该毒株能在Marc 14 5细胞上增殖致细胞病变 ,该病变能被PRRSV美洲型阳性血清所抑制 ,不被乙脑病毒、猪细小病毒、伪狂犬病毒阳性血清所抑制 ,经美洲型PRRSV荧光抗体染色呈阳性反应 ,电镜观察到直径 5 5nm左右的病毒粒子 ,属RNA病毒 ,接种阴性仔猪未见临床症状异常 ,但血清学阳性。命名该分离毒为PRRSV SA 毒株。A PRRSV strain isolated from internal organs of pi glings can increase and conduce CPE on Marc 145 cell. The CPE can be restrained by the positive serum of American genotype PRRSV, but not by the positive serum s of JVE, PPV and PRV. The strain showed a positive reaction to fluorescent anti body dyeing of American genotype PRRSV. Virus particle of 50nm in diameted was o bserved by electron microscope and belonged to RAN virus. The negative piglings inoculated this strain did not show any abnormal clinical symptom but the serol ogical test showed positive. The strain was denominated PRRSV S A strain.
