摘 要:对研究 .试管芽的 6 0 Coγ射线辐照试验中获得的试管瓶苗 ,在苗圃培育、大田栽培期间进行性状变异发生情况观察调查结果表明 :6 0 Coγ射线对性状变异发生情况有显著的影响 ,在苗圃培育长出新叶时即可观察到植株性状的变异 ,其变异率与辐照剂量处理水平 (0~ 80 Gy)呈明显正相关直线回归关系 ,相关系数 r=0 .986 (r0 .0 1=0 .6 4 8)。在苗圃培育和大田栽培期间 ,可观察到植株的叶片、假茎、果穗等器官均可发生变异 ,其良好性状变异的植株多发生于 10~ 4 0 Gy处理中 。The character variation of banana plantlets,which was obtained through 60 Co gamma ray irradiation of tube\|buds,was studied during the periods in nursery and field cultivation. The results showed that the 60 Co gamma ray affected character variation significantly,the variation could be found when new leaves grew in nursery garden.There was significantly positive relation of linear regression between variation rate and radiation dose (0-80 Gy). The relative coefficient ( r ) was 0 986 ( r 0 01 =0 648). In this experiment, variation of plant on leaves,pseudostems and fruit\|spikes could be found during the nursery growing and field cultivation. The plants with good character variation were few,but could be found between 10 and 40 Gy.
