摘 要:研究了苦皮藤素 对粘虫 (Mythimna separata)和小地老虎 (Agrotis ypsilon)幼虫的选择毒性机理。结果表明 ,对照组小地老虎幼虫血液、中肠和整体匀浆的酯酶活性显著高于粘虫幼虫。经苦皮藤素 注射或胃毒处理后 ,粘虫幼虫酯酶活性均受到显著抑制而降低 ,血液和中肠酯酶同工酶谱主带减弱 ;而小地老虎幼虫血液酯酶活性显著升高 ,血液酯酶同工酶谱主带加强。因此认为 ,酯酶活性和酯酶同工酶的差异是苦皮藤素 对粘虫和小地老虎幼虫选择毒性的机制之一。This paper discussed the mechanism of selective toxicity of celangulin Ⅴ aganist the larvae of Mythimna separata and Agrotis ypsilon .In normal groups,the esterase activity of haemolymph,midgut and integral body of A.ypsilon was significantly higher than that of M.separata .In M.separata larvae treated with celangulin Ⅴ by body lumen injection or oral administration,the activity of esterase of haemolymph,midgut and integral body was inhibited remarkbly.The main zymograms bands of esterase isozyme of haemlymph and midgut were weakened.However,in A.ypsilon larvae treated with same ways,the activity of esterase of haemolympy was increased notably,the main zymogrsms bands of esterase isozyme in haemlymph were strengthened.These results indicated the difference of the activity of esterase and the esterase isozyme might be one of the mechanism of selective toxicity of celangulin Ⅴ aganist the larvae of M.separata and A.ypsilon .In addition,the distribution difference of midgut brush border membrane protein zymograms of M.separata and A.ypsilon showed indirectly another mechanism of selective toxicity of celangulin Ⅴ.
