摘　　要：利用新疆长绒棉搭配 2 0 %细绒棉配棉方案 ,在全流程中无凝棉器的国产与进口单机配套的清梳联流程及精梳后单并 ,细纱采用气动加压装置的纺纱系统中 ,采用轻定量、低速度、紧隔距、强分梳和软弹性皮辊等工艺技术措施 ,可以有效地提高 CJ7.By means of mixing Xinjiang Long staple cotton and 20% uplands cotton,in blowing carding unit composed of china made machines without condensers in the whole process and imported single unit and spinning system,which after combing onedoubling and spun yarn with pneumatic loading system,take the process technology measures,such as light constant weight,slow speed,short gauge,strengthening combing combinaion and lightening elastic top rollers etc.All these may efficiently improve the quality of fine high counts yarn,such as CJ7 3 tex etc.
