摘　　要：介绍了用于电子、电器元件灌封的铸塑环氧树脂组成物 ,重点讨论了环氧树脂组成物中的阻燃剂赤磷 ,填料三水合氧化铝 ,偶联剂 ,固化剂 ,对铸型环氧树脂性能的影响。通过性能检测 ,研究产品与日本同类产品性能相当 ,可广泛用于彩色电视机行输出变压器 ,电子。Cast epoxy composite material used as encapoulating material for sealing electronic element is introduced, especially the effect of red phosphorous flame retardant agent, gibbsite stuffing, coupling agent and firming agent on the properties of cast epoxy resin. Performance measurement indicates that the studied material has the same properties as those of Japanese products and could be widely used in horizontal output transformer of color TV, electronic element encapsulating materials and so on.
