摘  要:为研究车辆液力机械传动系统的动态性能 ,以车辆液力机械传动系统的组成和工作原理为基础 ,建立了系统的当量动力学模型和数学模型 ,进而建立了系统的 Matlab/ Sim ulink仿真模型。对直驶起步加速换挡工况进行了仿真 ,得到了发动机转矩时间历程 ,液力变矩器泵轮、涡轮角速度时间历程 ,换挡离合器油压特性 ,换挡离合器主、被动边角速度时间历程 ,以及车辆速度。Based on the configuration and the principle of a hydro mechanical transmission system used for high speed tracked vehicles, an equivalent dynamic model was established using the mathematical model of each component. Then, a dynamic simulation system was developed applying the Matlab/Simulink toolbox to study the dynamic performance of the hydro mechanical transmission system. The simulation system consists of an engine model, a torque converter with lock up clutch model, a gearshift model (including two power shift clutch and the axles models), a road load and vehicle body model, and a shift controller model. Each power shift clutch model represents three real clutches. When shifting, the relative gear ratio was implemented. The model simulated the starting, accelerating and shifting processes and the results gave the relationships between engine torque and time, angular velocity and time of pump and turbine of torque converter, pressure and time of power shift clutch, relative angular velocity in clutches and time, as well as velocity, acceleration and time of the vehicle. With the help of the results, a designer can predict the performance of his design quickly.
