摘 要:采用两步晶化法合成了孔壁含沸石初级结构单元的六方介孔材料 ,用XRD ,N2 吸附 -脱附 ,TEM ,IR和NH3 TPD对样品进行了表征 ,考察了晶化时间、碱度、温度和NH+ 4离子交换对样品的影响 .结果表明合成的介孔材料(AlMB41)在结构上和AlMCM 41类似 ,并且没有发现 β沸石相的存在 .样品具有较高的热稳定性 .氢型AlMB41拥有强酸位 ,在催化异丙苯裂解和 2 ,4 二叔丁基苯酚与叔丁醇的烷基化反应中 ,其催化活性明显高于常规法合成的AlMCM 41.Mesoporous materials with the primary structure units of zeolite in the pore wall have been synthesized by a two-step crystallization process at 140degreesC and characterized by XRD, N-2 physical adsorption/desorption, TEM, IR and NH3-TPD methods. The effects of crystallization time, alkalinity, temperature and N-4(+) ion exchange on the synthesized products were investigated. The results demonstrated that the synthesized samples (AlMB41) were similar to AlMCM-41 in the long-range structure and did not contain zeolite phases. The samples exhibited high thermal stability. H-type AlMB41s have stronger acid sites and higher catalytic activity for cumene cracking and alkylation of 2, 4-tert-butylphenol with tert-butylalcohol than traditional AlMCM-41.
