摘 要:为探讨不同来源大约克夏猪群的遗传结构差异 ,以湖南望城种猪场不同来源大约克夏猪群为研究对象 ,采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测了 4个组合大约克夏猪群 (加系×加系 ,加系×法系 ,英系×加系 ,英系×法系 )10种血浆蛋白质 (酶 )多态性 ,共检测到 33种基因型或表型 ,2 6个等位基因 ,分析了猪群间各蛋白质 (酶 )位点基因型频率及基因频率的特点 ;用 RAPD标记分析了 4个组合猪群的平均带纹相似系数 ,结果表明 ,4个组合猪群蛋白质(酶 )位点基因平均杂合度及平均带纹相似系数均无显著差异 。To determine whether there are differences in the genetic constructions of Yorkshire pigs of different origins, Yorkshire populations in Wangcheng Swine Breeding Farm were used as experimental materials. The study analyzed their genetic constructions on biochemical and molecular levels.Ten plasma protein(enzyme) polymorphic loci of 4 Yorkshire combinations(CW×CW, CW×FW, EW×CW, EW×FW) were examined by polyacymide gel electrophoresis(PAGE).The differences of the frequencies of genotype and gene at each locus among four populations were studied, and the genetic homology of the four populations were further analyzed by RAPD. 33 genotypes or phenotypes and 26 alleles were detected. The results show that the average gene heterozygosities(H) and the average band sharings (similarity) are not significantly( p >0.05) different in four swine populations, which means the genetic characters of the four populations are generally similar.
