米非司酮抗早孕子宫蜕膜表皮生长因子的测定

摘　　要：目的:了解米非司酮对蜕膜中表皮生长因子(EGF)的影响。方法:应用放射免疫法测定米非司酮加米索组、米非司酮组、对照组各15例蜕膜中EGF水平。结果:3组蜕膜中EGF水平分别为11.055±12.893ng/mg蛋白质,9.528±8.102ng/mg蛋白质,12.667±8.598ng/mg蛋白质,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:米非司酮对蜕膜中EGF水平无影响。Objective:To investigate the effecs of mifepristone on the level of decidua. Method; EGF concentrations of three groups( mifepristone and misoprostol, mifepristone and control group) were measured with ra-dioimmunoassay respectively. Result; There is no difference among EGF concentrations of three groups( 11. 055±12.893,9.528±8. 102,12.667±8. 598ng. mg-1 protein, respectively)(P > 0. 05). Conclusion: Mifepristone may not have an effect on EGF level of decidua.
