中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病30例疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察中医药对糖尿病周围神经病的疗效 ,选择西药久治无效的糖尿病周围神经病 3 0例为治疗组 ,在口服降糖西药的基础上 ,配合中药干预治疗 ;另选 3 0例西药治疗患者为对照组 ,观察治疗前后神经症状、体征、血糖、血脂改变。治疗结果总有效率 ,治疗组为 80 % ,对照组为 5 3 .3 % ,治疗组在改善神经症状、体征 ,降低血糖、血脂等方面均优于对照组。To observe the effects of integrated Chinese & Western medicine on diabetic peripaheral neuropathy,the observation on changes of nerve symptoms,signs,blood sugar and lipid before and after treatment were taken in 60 cases,who were averagely divided into two groups,the treated group(treated with hypoglycemic agent and TCM)and the control group(treated with hypoglycemic agent alone).The results showed that the total efficient rate was 80% in treated group and 53.3% in control group.The therapeutic effects of the treated group were superior to that of the control group in improving the nerve symptoms,signs and reducing blood sugar and lipid.\;
