健脑合剂治疗老年血管性痴呆的临床研究

摘　　要：为探讨健脑合剂治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效 ,观察治疗前后患者的临床症状及长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)、简易智力状态检查量表 (MMSE)、神经功能缺损量表 (NFDS)、日常生活能力量表 (ADL)、Barthel指数积分以及脑电地形图、脑血流等指标的变化 ,结果表明健脑合剂能改善脑循环流速 ,改变患者多种智力量表积分 ,明显改善临床症状 ,提高日常生活能力 。To study the clinical effects of JIANNAO mixture for treating vascular dementia,the changes of clinical symptoms,the measuring scale such as HDS,MMSE,NFDS and ADL,Barthel indexes,brain atlas and cerebral blood flow before and after treatment were observed.The results showed that the mixture could improve the flow rate of cerebral blood circulation,the scores of many kinds of measuring scales,clinical symptoms and the abilities of daily life.It indicates that the mixture is one of efficient TCM preparations for treating vascular dementia.\;
