小蓟饮子合肝素钙治疗增生性肾炎20例疗效分析

摘　　要：为探讨小蓟饮子合肝素钙治疗增生性肾炎的作用 ,采用免疫组化方法测定肾小球基质金属蛋白酶MMP-2、MMP-3的表达 ,比较 2组疗效。结果显示治疗组和对照组系膜增生程度、球性硬化、节段性硬化、MMP-3无显著性差异 ,MMP-2有显著性差异 ,说明治疗组的疗效优于对照组。小蓟饮子是否具有抑制肾小球系膜细胞增生、激活基质金属蛋白酶系尚有待于进一步研究。To study the effects of XI AOJI YINZI combined with calciparine on pyostomatitis nephritis,the express of MMP 2 and MMP 3 of glomerulus was e xamined by immunohistochemistry meth od,and then the therapeutic effects b etween the observation group(G1) and control group (G2) were compared.The results showed that there was not dif ferent in mesangial proliferation,gl omerular sclerosis,segmental glomer ular sclerosis,MMP 3,while there was obviously different i n MMP 2 between the two groups.It indicates that the therapeutic t herapy of G1 is superior to that of G2. It can be expected in further research that XIAO JI YIN ZI can inhi bit mesangial proliferation and activate M MP.\;
