卧位旋按手法对椎动脉型颈椎病患者血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：为探讨卧位旋按手法对椎动脉型颈椎病患者血液流变学的影响 ,采用卧位旋按手法治疗 3 0例椎动脉型颈椎病患者 ,检测治疗前后的血液流变学指标 ,结果显示治疗后的全血粘度、血浆粘度降低 ,红细胞电泳指数增高 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,红细胞压积无明显差异。说明卧位旋按手法能够改善椎动脉型颈椎病患者血液的高粘凝聚状态 ,使患者临床症状。To study the influence of cli nostatic manipulation on hemorrheology o f vertebroarterial type cervical spondyl osis(VTCS),30 cases were treated with cl inostatic manipulation and then tested t he values of hemorrheology before and af ter treatment.The results showed that th e whole blood and plasm viscosity were d ecreased,while red cell exponential of e lectrophoresis increased,and erythrocyte unchanged after treatment.It indicates that the method can improve the high vis cosity and condense in blood of VTCS,an d then relieve or eliminate the clinical symptoms and signs.\;
