彩盒纸板弯曲原因的探讨

摘　　要：重点分析了目前中山鸿兴印刷包装有限公司彩盒纸板弯曲的原因 ,并着重分析探讨了纸板定量、厚度与紧度、纸纹、水分、环境温、湿度等物理因素以及胶水浓度对彩盒纸板弯曲的影响。This paper studies the cause of the color corrugated boards bending, which exists in Zhongshan Hungxing Printing & Packaging Ltd., at present, and mainly discusses the weight, caliper and closeness, paper fiber, moisture efficiency, surrounding temperature?humility several factors and glue concentration and so on, which may bend the color corrugated boards. At last, it raises some ideas about how to enhance the quality of the corrugated boards in manufacture.
