摘　　要：介绍一种 1W/ 80 K双活塞对置直线驱动斯特林制冷机。它具有振动小、结构紧凑、噪音低、可靠性高等特点。该机在 80 K时制冷量为 1.3W,降温时间小于 3.5 m in (35 0 J热负载 )A 1W/80K linear driven stirling cryocooler with dual opposed piston was introduced in this paper.This cryocooler has low mechanical vibration,a compact structure,high reliability and low noise.Cooling capacity is 1 3W at 80K,cooldown time is less than 3minutes and 30 seconds(when heat load is 350J).
