摘  要:用熔融法制备了聚氯乙烯 /粘土插层复合材料 ,用 X-射线衍射、 TEM等手段表征了复合材料的结构 ,测定了力学性能、耐热性、耐溶剂性等性能。结果表明 ,聚氯乙烯熔体能插层于无机粘土和经有机化合物处理过的粘土中 ,但后者在聚氯乙烯中分散效果更好 ,所得到的复合材料的性能有了很大的提高。The poly(vinyl chloride)/clay nanocomposites were successfully prepared through melt intercalation process Their structures and properties were studied with X ray diffraction and transmission electron micrographs The results proved that poly(vinyl chloride) melt could be intercalated in original clay a little while could be well intercalated in organically modified clay The presence of the alkyl ammonium cations in the galleries of organo clay rendered the hydrophilic clay organic The role of alkyl ammonium cations was to lower the surface energy of the inorganic clay and improve its wetting characteristic with poly(vinyl chloride) Mechanical properties testing showed that the nanocomposites were superior to poly(vinyl chloride) in terms of impact strength, heat distortion temperature, solvent transformation resistance without sacrificing its tensile strength
