摘　　要：用发放问卷的方法,对医院各级医生进行了关于手术、特殊检查和治疗前谈话的调查。结果发现医生存在对“谈话”作用认识不足;内容不全面;“谈话”前准备不充分;“谈话”艺术性不够等问题。提出:医生必须提高对“谈话”重要性的认识;必须掌握“谈活”的艺术性;合理使用语言和非语言技巧,增强自身人格魅力,树立医院良好形象。此外根据调查中发现问题,应制定标准的“谈话”规范,用于指导工作。A survey was conducted on the conversation before operation, special examination, and treatment by means of questionnaire, targeting at doctors with different levels in hospitals. As a result, we found that there were some questions such as insufficient cognizance about conversation, inadequate conversational contents, deficiency in preparations before conversation, and lack of conversational art. It was suggested that doctors should improve the cognizance of conversational importance, master conversational art, apply lingual and non - lingual skills rationally, strengthen charm of themselves, and build up a good hospital profile. In addition, according to the questions prescribed above, conversational criterions would be instituted in order to direct practice.
