摘　　要：介绍了新加坡私立医院医疗服务的市场动力、建设环境、管理体制、管理模式以及管理方法。并从企业集约化经营的角度,阐述了他们在合理配置资源、扩大教育培训、建立服务理念、树立品牌意识、实施经营战略等方面的公平性和有效性,旨为我国医院的医疗服务改革与创新提供有益的参考。This article mainly introduces market motivity, constructive environment, administrative system, administrative mode, and administrative methods in medical service of private hospitals in Singapore. From the viewpoint of intensity management of enterprises, it also expatiates on impartiality and validity in aspects such as configuring resources rationally, expanding educational training, establishing service concept, setting up famous brand idea, and carrying out management strategy, with the aim at providing beneficial reference for our hospital reform and innovation in medical service.
