高血压病心脏受累早期超声诊断指标探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨超声心动图上心脏升主动脉前壁与室间隔所形成的夹角(简称心夹角)变小的机理及对高血压病心脏受累的诊断价值。方法临床确诊的Ⅰ、Ⅱ期高血压病患者共62例,同时选择年龄、性别相匹配的健康者58例作为对照组,然后应用彩超仪,测量有关数据。最后将有关数据输入微机应用Excel软件处理。结果高血压病组心夹角(105.89±8.9)度较对照组(123.88±10.46)度明显变小,但这一改变与年龄、性别无关(P>0.05),而与左室舒张功能、升主动脉内径、左室重构有关(P<0.01)。结论心夹角变小可作为高血压病患者心脏受累早期的超声诊断参考指标。Objective To investigate the machanism and clinical value that the angle between anterior wall of ascending aorta and interventricular septum(AAIV) reduces in echocardiography.Methods 62 cases who diagnosed Ⅰ phase or Ⅱ phase one of hypertension and 58 matched healthy were examined by echocardiography to measure the relative data,then the data were handled by software Excel in the computer.Results AAIV in the hypertension group was significantly lower than that in the contrast group,but the change had nothing to do with the age and sex (P>0.05),and had concerned with left ventricular diastole function,diameter of ascending aorta and ventricular remodeling (P<0.01).Conclusion AAIV reducing regards as referring index in echocardiography that diagnose premature cardia involved in the hypertensive.
