摘　　要：细胞受体是介导病毒入侵的决定因素。本文阐述动物病毒与细胞受体间的关系 ,一般来说二者之间是一对一 ,但也有多个病毒共用一个受体或一个病毒有多个受体的情况。病毒与受体的相互作用启动了病毒的生命循环 ,包括结合和进入的过程 ;一些寻找病毒受体的直接观察法及分子生物法。Cellular receptor is the crucial factor to mediate the entry of virus. The cellular receptors of many animals viruses have been thoroughly studied.The relationship between animal virus and cellular receptors are mainly summarized,commonly they are one to one,yet some special cases sxist that more than one virus use the same receptor,or one virus has multi receptors; the interaction between them start up the life circle of virus,including the process of binding and entry, and some straight observing methods and molecular biology methods to find out viral receptors; at the same time some determined viral receptors are introduced,and its application in research of shrimp virus disease is also discussed briefly.
