摘　　要：介绍了汽车件前处理及电泳涂装中的一些技术问题,包括前处理的清洗工艺及防止工艺槽之间相互串水,槽液加热方式及温度控制,磷化残渣的去除,卧式离心泵与立式液下泵的选用及安装注意事项,电泳底漆及超滤液的过滤,电泳槽与电泳槽液的溢流及溢流槽、接电装置。Some techniques in the pretreatment and electrodeposition painting of automobile parts have been described, including the cleaning, protection of interflow between tnks, heating types and temperature control for tank content,remove of phosphating residue,selection and installation of horizontal centrifugal pump and vertical submerged pumps, filtration of primer and ultrafiltrate, overflow or overflowpart of the tank and tank content and electrical installation.
