摘　　要：为观察神经 血管性头痛的临床疗效 ,设针刺 76例为治疗组 ,口服苯噻啶 5 0例为对照组 ,经两个疗程的治疗 ,两组总有效率分别为 92 1%和 76 0 % ,治愈率分别为 4 8 7%和 2 2 0 % ,经χ2 检验 ,两组疗效差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。In order to observe clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture on nerve vascular headache, treatment group (76 cases) were treated with acupuncture and control group (50 cases) were treated with oral administration of benzothiadine. After two therapeutic courses, the total effective rate and the cured rate were 92 1% and 48 7% in the treatment group and 76 0% and 22 0% in the control group, respectively, with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0 05).
