灵龟八法穴位开闭状态导电量研究

摘　　要：目的 :为揭示灵龟八法取穴的科学机理 ,探讨灵龟八法所选穴位“开”“闭”的客观性。方法 :以穴位导电量为指标 ,分别在不同季节系统测量灵龟八法穴位在“开”“闭”状态的导电量。 结果 :开穴时穴位导电量明显大于闭穴时导电量 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :灵龟八法穴位的“开”“闭”确实有其内在基础 ,其导电量的变化反映了开穴时的“气血旺盛” ,闭穴时的“气血衰减”。Purpose To reveal the mechanism of Linggui Bafa and probe into the objectivity of opening and closing of acupoints selected with Linggui Bafa. Methods The electric conduction quantity of acupoints selected with Linggui Bafa at opening and closing states was measured systematically in different seasons. Results The electric conduction quantity at the opening acupoints was significantly higher than that at the closing acupoints ( P <0 01). Conclusion The change of electric conduction quantity shows that Qi and blood are excess when acupoints open, and Qi and blood are deficiency when acupoints close.
