现代针灸临床病谱的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨针灸临床的病谱。方法 :选择 2 0世纪具有代表性的五部针灸临床著作和世界卫生组织的《世界卫生》刊登的针灸治疗 4 3种病等 6部文献 ,通过统计、分析、归纳 ,初步得出针灸临床病谱。结果 :通过文献研究得出了针灸能治疗 4 14个病症 ,有 72种病症在 6部文献的一半以上有共同报道 ,这些病症基本上代表了现代针灸临床较为常见并有较好疗效的病谱。另外 ,作者首次提出了针灸临床病谱的Purpose To approach to clinical disease spectrum of acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods Clinical disease spectrum of acupuncture and moxibustion are attained preliminarily by using statistics, analysis and induction of the 6 works, representative five works of clinical acupuncture and moxibustion in the 20th century, and the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of 43 diseases published in World Health sponsored by WHO. Results Acupuncture and moxibustion can cure 414 diseases, among them, 72 diseases were reported commonly in over half of the 6 works, and these diseases represent basically more commonly seen disease spectrum with better therapeutic effects in modern clinical acupuncture and moxibustion. In addition, the authors raise the concept of 4 grade classification in clinical disease spectrum of acupuncture and moxibustion.
