摘　　要：阴极电泳涂装是一个复杂的电化学和物理学过程,必须定期测量及调整电泳漆及其他相关槽液的各项参数。叙述了参数测量项目及测量频率、槽液参数的影响与调整,以及漆膜常见缺陷的排除。For CED coating is a complex elcctrochemical and physical process, it is necessary to measure and adjust periodically the parameters of CED paint and bath content. The items and frequency for parameter measuring, the effects of bath content and adjusting and trouble shooting for common defects of the paint film have been introduced.
