摘　　要：目的观察狼疮性肾炎 (LN)肾组织中骨桥蛋白 (OPN)的表达 ,探讨其在LN患者肾小管间质病变中的作用。方法采用微波免疫组化双重染色方法 ,观察 4 0例狼疮肾炎和 10例正常肾组织中OPN蛋白和KP1表达 ,用原位杂交检测LN及正常肾组织OPNmRNA表达。结果狼疮性肾炎肾小管OPNmRNA和蛋白表达明显升高 ,并与间质巨噬细胞及肾间质病变明显相关。结论OPN在导致LN间质巨噬细胞浸润及肾小管间质损伤中有重要作用。Objective To investigate the osteopontin (OPN) expression and the role of OPN in the interstitial area of lupus nephritis (LN) patients. Methods OPN and KP1 expression were examined by microwave-based double labeling immunostaining, and OPN mRNA expression was also examined by in situ hybridization. Results Osteopontion expression was increased notably in the tubulointerstitial area, and there was remarkable correlation with the number of macrophages and tubulointerstium damage. Conclusion OPN plays important role in inducing macrophage infiltration and tubulointerstitium damage of LN patients.
