化浊保肾方配合激素治疗重症高血脂型肾病综合征31例观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察化浊保肾方配合激素治疗重症高血脂型肾病综合征的疗效并与对照组的疗效比较。方法 :治疗组31例 ,用自拟化浊保肾方配合激素治疗 ,对照组 2 6例用烟酸肌醇酯配合激素治疗。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 93.5 5 % ,对照组为 6 5 .38% ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,结论Objective: To observe the effect of recipe for resolving turbid pathogenic factor and reinforcing kidney in treating hyperlipemia nephrotic syndrome. Methods: The test group (31 cases) had been treated by hormone added recipe for resolving turbid pathogenic factor and reinforcing kidney, the control group (26 cases), by hormone added hexanicit. Result: The tatal effective rate in the test was 93.55% and that in the control, 65.38%. The difference between two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Hormone added recipe for resolving turbid pathogentic factor and reinforcing kidney in treating nephrotic syndrome can be seen obvious effective.
