摘 要:目的 用改进的方法制作大鼠原位肝移植模型 ,为肝移植的相关研究提供稳定的模型基础。方法 在Kamada和Miyata方法的基础上进行改进 ,施行 15 0例大鼠原位肝移植 ,并设计了一种简单、便于收集胆汁和管理的胆道外引流方法。结果 手术成功率为 93 .8% (91/97) ,1w存活率为 85 .9% (5 5 /64 ) ,供、受体手术平均时间分别为 3 7min和 5 6min ,受体无肝期平均时间为 19min。结论 该模型稳定可靠 ,可为肝移植提供理想的研究手段。艰苦的练习 ,高质量的完成每一步手术操作 。Objective To provide the reliable model in the rat for the study of liver transplantation.Methods A surgical experience with one hundred and fifty orthotopic liver transplants in rats was reviewed,meanwhile a simple method with biliary extra drainage as well as bile collection was introduced.Results The operative successful rate was 93.8%(91/97),the survival rate after one week was 85.9%(55/64),the recipient underwent an anhepatic period of 19 min,the operative time of donor and recipient were 37 min and 56 min,respectively.Conclusion The result indicates that the model is reliable in the study of liver transplantation.The hard work and meticulous surgical performance are the key to successful operation.
