福氏志贺菌5型M90T株O抗原多糖细胞毒性作用的研究

摘　　要：本文提取并纯化了福氏志贺菌 5型M 90T的脂多糖 (lipopolysaccharide ,LPS)亚单位分子———O抗原多糖 (O anti genpolysaccharide ,OPS)进行体内外试验 ,并与该菌LPS作对比 ,揭示其亚单位OPS的毒性作用不同于完整LPS分子。OPS可引起HeLa细胞病变 ,而LPS不能 ;OPS可引起兔回肠襻肠粘膜出血 ,但不引起肠腔积液 ,而LPS引起肠腔积液 ,并严重损伤肠粘膜。The O antigen polysaccharide(OPS),a subunit component of lipopolysaccharide(LPS),was isolated and purified from Shigella flexneri 5 M90T strain In vitro and in vivo experiments with the purified OPS,contrasted with the whole LPS molecule,revealed that the OPS alone cause cytopathic effect is different from chose of to HeLa cell and the whole LPS and that the OPS caused mucosal hemorrhage,but no fluid accumulation in ileal loop of rabbits The LPS from Shigella flexneri induced hemorrhagic exudation and fluid accumulation in the lumen,and produced serious damage of mucosa The results suggested that the purified OPS,subunit component of LPS,played specific role in pathogenesis of Shigella flexneri and differed from whole LPS
