桦树皮提取物对荷瘤小鼠免疫抑瘤效应的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究桦树皮提取物 (ExtractionofBirchBarkEBB)对S180 荷瘤小鼠体内抑瘤效应及其对免疫功能的影响。方法 :应用EBB口服观察其对肿瘤的抑制作用 ,并检测脾细胞对ConA刺激的反应性和NK、TNF、IL 2的活性。结果 :EBB可明显地抑制肿瘤生长 ,提高荷瘤鼠脾细胞对ConA刺激的反应性、并明显增强NK细胞活性、促进TNF和IL 2分泌增加。结论Objective: To study the antitumor effect of extraction of birch bark and its influence and immune funtion on S 180 bearing mice in vivo. Methods: EBB was administered orally, the tumor inhibiting effect was observed in S 180 bearing mice, reaction of spleen cell to ConA and activity of NK, TNF and IL 2 were examined. Results: anitumor effect in vivo to S 180 and the spleen cell on ConA, NK cell activity were enhanced significantly, the levels of secretor of TNF and IL 2 in S 180 bearing were stimulated. Conclusions: It was suggested that the mechanism of tumor inhibition by EBB was due to improving immune function.
