摘　　要：重组人红细胞生成素(EPO)细胞培养中加入小牛血清以利于工程细胞生长。但若在提取和纯化工艺中残留小牛血清将影响人体免疫系统。因此,我们用反相间接血凝法严格控制小牛血清残留量以保证患者的人体健康。Calf serum is added to the medium for the growth of the engineering cells to pro- duce the Recombinant Human Erythropoietin.If the calf serum is remained in the exraction and purification process,it will have bad effect on human immune system.Therefore,we strictly con- trol the remaining content of calf serum to assure the patient's health.
