摘　　要：由于医院制剂规模的不断缩小,大输液等产品的退出,所以,高纯度蒸馏水器就特别适用于医院制剂室制备注射用水。在使用常熟市莫城医疗机械厂生产的 GZ400型蒸馏水器过程中,发现其设备存在不合理之处,我们进行了改进。使其在制水的速度、树脂的保护和出水量等方面均达到了药典规定的标准和生产的需要。The distiller of high purity specifically applies to injection water in hospital prepa- ration,owing to the continuous products.Making use of GZ 400 distiller made in mo cheng medi- cal machine factory in chang shu,we found its equipment in which was unsuitable.Thus we have made some improvements to gain the standard of pharmacopeia determination and the requirement of production for its speed of productive distiller water,protection of the resin,and quality of the out-water.
