多效益脑口服液治疗脑梗死临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :验证并讨论由传统中草药、天然药物科学组方、加工提取而成的多效益脑口服液的临床疗效与作用机制。方法 :采用随机分组、双盲、设安慰剂对照组 ,共治疗 15 8例经头颅 CT证实的脑梗死患者。根据统一制定的“卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准”评定疗效并进行统计学处理。同时 ,进行了治疗前后的血脂、脂蛋白、动脉硬化指数、血黏度、血小板聚集功能、性激素 (血清睾酮、雌二醇 )及血浆超氧化物歧化酶等监测的实验研究。结果 :治疗组临床总有效率和显效率与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,实验室各项检查指标改变亦有显著性意义。结论 :多效益脑口服液临床观察疗效满意 。Objective:To verify and study the clinical curative effect and mechanism of action of Multiple effect Decoction Beneficial to Brain which is abstracted from traditional Chinese herbs and plant fungus.Methods:With random sampling,double blind method,and placebo control group,158 patients with cerebral infarction diagnosed by CT were observed. According treated and observed to 'the standard mark of function clinical nervous defect with apoplexy',the curative effects were evaluated which were managed statistically.Meanwhile,the levels of blood lipid,lipo protein atherogenic index,blood viscosity,platelet aggregation function,sex hormone(blood serum testosterone,estradiol),blood plasma superoside dismuatase etc. were also observed before and after the treatment.Results:There was obviously difference between the treatment and control groups(P<0 01).The overall effective rate and significantly effective rate were significantly different in every index examined in the laboratory before and after the treatment.Conclusion:Multiple effect Decoction Beneficial to Brain produces a satisfactory curative effect without any side effect.
