摘　　要：采用 HPL C测定盐酸班布特罗的含量。以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相 ,以 6 .0 m mol/L辛烷磺酸钠的甲醇溶液 -乙腈 - 5 0 mm ol/L磷酸盐缓冲液 (p H 3.0 ) (34∶ 11∶ 35 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 14 nm。A HPLC method of the determination of bambuterol hydrochloride was established. A C 18 column was used, with the mobile phase of 6.0 mol/L sodium octyl sulfate methanol solution acetonitrile 50 mmol/L phosphate buffer (pH 3.0)(34∶11∶55), at the detection wavelength of 214 nm. p Ace tamidoanisol was used as the internal standard.
