摘  要:目的 探讨E -cadherin基因表达在乳腺癌侵袭和转移中的作用。方法 采用原位杂交技术检测 30例正常乳腺组织和 4 8例乳腺癌原发肿瘤及其淋巴结转移灶中E -cad herinmRNA表达情况。结果 乳腺癌原发肿瘤组织和淋巴结转移灶中 ,E -cadherinmRNA阴性表达率 (分别为31.3% ,4 6 .7% )与正常乳腺组织之间的差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 0 1)。E -cadherinmRNA表达强度在乳腺癌Ⅰ~Ⅲ级之间及有无淋巴结转移的原发肿瘤之间具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 肿瘤抑制基因EAim To investigate the role of E-cadherin gene expression in invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. Methods The expression of E-cadherin mRNA was investigated by using in situ hybridization in 30 non-cancerous normal breast tissues, 48 primary breast cancer tissues and 30 metastatic lymph nodes. Results The negative expression rates of E-cadherin mRNA in primary breast cancer tissues and metastatic lymph nodes(31.3% and 46.7%, respectively) were very high as compared with those of normal breast tissues( P <0.001).The positive intensity of E-cadherin mRNA in primary lesions significantly varied among grade Ⅰ~Ⅲ and between non-metastasis and lymph nodes me tastasis of breast cancers ( P <0.05). Conclusion Tumor suppressor E-cadherin gene is a valuable marker in assessing differentiation degree and metastatic potential in lymph nodes of breast cancer.
