摘  要:目的 :显示大鼠延髓网状背侧亚核向内源性镇痛系统的直接传出纤维投射。方法 :将顺行追踪剂PHA - L注入大鼠单侧延髓网状背侧亚核 ,术后存活 2 0天后取脑 ,连续冠状切片 ,继而对切片进行 PHA- L免疫组织化学染色。结果 :发现中缝大核、蓝斑核、巨细胞网状核、中缝背核、中脑导水管周围灰质以及丘脑室旁核等均有阳性终末。结论 :延髓网状背侧亚核与内源性镇痛系统之间有广泛的纤维联系 ,提示该核与痛觉调节活动有关。Objective:The present study was to demonstrate the direct efferent projections from the subnucleus reticularis dorsalis (SRD) to endogeneous pain control system in the rat.Methods: PHA-L,an anterograde tracer, was injected into the subnucleus reticularis dorsalis of the rat. After a survival period of 20 days, the brains were cut serially into frontal sections. Subsequently, the sections were processed by immunohistochemistry for PHA-L.Results: It was found that there were PHA-L-positive terminals in nucleus raphe magnus, locus ceruleus, nucleus reticularis gigantocellularis, dorsal raphe nucleus, the ventrolateral of periaqueductal gray and hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus. Conclusion: This study indicates that SRD has extensive communications with endogeneous pain control system. It suggests that SRD is involved in nociceptive transmission.
