原发性高血脂症红细胞免疫功能变化的探讨

摘　　要：目的　 探讨原发性高血脂症红细胞免疫功能的变化。方法　 应用郭峰法测定原发性高血脂症患者红细胞免疫功能指标 ,同步测定血脂水平 ,并进行统计分析。结果　 与对照组比较 ,高胆固醇血症组 (A组 )出现红细胞C3b受体花环率 (RC3bRR)与红细胞免疫促进因子花环率 (RFER)降低 ;混合型高血脂症组 (B组 )RC3bRR与RFER显著降低 ,而红细胞循环免疫复合物花环率 (RICR)与红细胞免疫抑制因子花环率 (RFIR)显著增高 ;高甘油三脂血症组 (C组 )RC3bRR显著降低。相关分析结果 ,RC3bRR、RFER与TCH、LDLc、TG等血脂指标变化有关。结论　 原发性高血脂症患者存在红细胞免疫功能异常 ,RC3bRR、RFER与TCH、TG、LDLc等指标变化显著相关 ;Objective To explore the changes of erythrocyte immunologic function in patients with primary hyperlipoidemia.Methods The indexes of erythrocyte immunologic function and the blood lipid content in patients with primary hyperlipoidemia were determined by Guofeng methods.Statistical analysis of the results was made.Results RC 3b RR and RFER decreased in the hypercholesterolemia group.RC 3b RR and RFER decreased while RICR and RFIR increased significantly in the mixed hyperlipoidemia.RC 3b RR decreased greatly in the hypertriglyceridemia group.There exists erythrocyte immunologic abnormity in patients with primary hyperlipoidemia.ConclusionThe change of RC 3b RR and RFER were associated with the change of TCH,TG and LDLc.Cholesterole has more effect on erythrocyte immunologic function than triglyceride.
