摘  要:目的  评价铅接触者对下丘脑 垂体 性腺轴的影响。方法  选取健康男性工人 189人 ,其中铅接触组 97名 ,非铅接触组 92名。以放射免疫法测定其血清T、LH、FSH ,并用多元逐步回归分析其相关因素。结果  铅接触组血Pb为 (2 .12± 0 .39) μmol/L ,对照组血Pb为 (1.10±0 .2 6 )μmol/L ,二者具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。铅接触组平均血清T浓度为 16 .30 μmol/L ,明显低于对照组的 2 0 .96 μmol/L(P <0 .0 1) ,而血清LH水平则明显高于对照组 ,前者为19.17IU/L ,后者为 15 .19IU/L(P <0 .0 5 ) ;两组血清FSH含量无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。血清LH及血清睾酮水平的改变与铅接触者的工龄明显相关 ,其次与吸烟也有一定关系。结论  男工接触铅后可影响下丘脑 垂体 睾丸轴内分泌功能 ,引起血清睾酮及血清LH浓度的改变 ,而且与接触铅的时间长短。Objective To evaluate the effect of lead contact on hypothalamus,pituitaria and testicular axis.Methods Blood samples were collected from 189 male workers,of whom 97 workers were once exposed to lead occupationally and 92 workers had no experiences of lead contact.Serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteotropic hormone(LH) and testosterone(T) were determined through radioimmunoassay (RIA).Multivariate regressive analyses were used to dectect correlative factors about them.Results The average level of Pb in lead contact workers was (2.12±0.39)μmol/L,the level of in non exposed workers was (1.10±0.26)μmol/L,marked difference in the level of Pb was discovered between the two groups.The average level of T in lead contact workers was 16.30μmol/L,much lower than that 20.96μmol/L in non exposed workers(P<0.05).The level of LH was much higher in lead contact worker than in others,the former was 19.17IU/L,the later was 15.19IU/L (P<0.05).No marked difference in the level of FSH was discovered between the lead contact group and the non exposed group (P>0.05).Conclusion Lead contact might affect workers' endocrine functions and then cause the level changes of T and LH,and there exists correlation with time of lead contact and smoking.
