摘　　要：目的　对蝉翼藤 (SecuridacainappendiculataHassk .)的化学成分进行研究。方法　利用硅胶柱色谱和中压液相色谱法对蝉翼藤茎的 95 %乙醇提取物进行分离 ;用UV ,IR ,MS ,1D和 2DNMR等技术对所得化合物进行结构研究。结果　从蝉翼藤茎的 95 %乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了 8个化合物 ,分别为 :蝉翼藤萜酸苷 (securiterpenoside) ,齐墩果酸 ,古柯邻二酸 (p hydroxytruxinicacid) ,香豆酸 ,对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯 ,尿嘧啶核苷 ,β 谷甾醇和胡萝卜苷。 结论蝉翼藤萜酸苷 (securiterpenoside)为新化合物 。AIM To investigate the chemical constituents of Securidaca inappendiculata . METHODS Compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and Medium Pressure Liquid Chromatography, respectively. Structures of the compounds were elucidated by chemical evidence and spectral (UV, IR, MS, 1HNMR and 13 CNMR ) analysis. RESULTS Eight compounds (1～8) were isolated and identified. Seven of th em (2～7) are known compounds: oleanolic acid, p hydroxytruxinic acid, p coumaric acid, ethyl p methoxycinnamate, u ridine, β sitosterol and daucosterol. One (1) is a new hemiterpenoic acid glycoside, named securiterpenoside. CONCLUSION A new hemiterpenoic acid glycoside, named securiterpenoside, was isolated fr om Securidaca inappendiculata Hassk. Seven known compounds were isolated fro m genus Securidaca for the first time.
