武警某部战士、学员体重指数和腰臀围比值研究

摘　　要：目的 :了解部队超重现状 ,为监测部队健康、指导膳食和训练提供基础资料。方法 :以体重指数 (BMI)作为评价体脂含量指标 ,以腰臀围比值 (WHR)作为评价体脂分布指标。结果 :(1)武警部队战士、学员BMI均值男性为 (2 2 .4 9± 2 .0 6 )kg·m- 2 ,女性为 (2 0 .96± 4 .72 )kg·m- 2 ;WHR均值男性为 0 .80± 0 .0 7,女性为 0 .72± 0 .0 6 ;BMI和WHR均值都有男性高于女性的性别差异 (p <0 .0 5 )和北方籍高于南方籍的地区差异 (p <0 .0 5 )。 (2 )武警部队战士、学员BMI和WHR均值低于地方青壮年 (P <0 .0 5 )。 (3)依BMI >2 4kg·m- 2 作为判断超重的标准 ,超重率男性为2 0 .73% ,女性为 14.4 3%。超重人群的WHR均高于非超重人群 (p <0 .0 1)。结论 :武警部队战士、学员存在一定比例的超重现象 ,存在以中心型超重为主要特征的超重人群 。Objective:To find out the overweight status-quo in the armed police forces and to provide basic data for health monitoring,dietary and training guidance.Methods:Body mass index (BMI) was used as the index for evaluating fat content and waist to hip measurement ratio(WHR) for fat distribution.Results:(1)An average BMI (22.49±2.06) kg·m 2 was found in male soldiers and students while an average BMI (20.96±4.72) kg·m 2in female; the average WHR in male was 0.80±0.07 while in female 0.72±0.06. A sex difference(p<0.05) was found in both BMI and WHR,which were higher in male than in female and a regional difference (P<0.05) between the north and the south.was found. (2) The average BMI and WHR of the armed police soldiers and students were lower than those of local young people ( P<0.05). (3) Using BMI>24 kg·m -2 as the criterion for estimating overweight, an overweight rate of 20.73% was found in male while 14.43% in female. The WHR of the overweight group was higher than that of non-overweight group (P<0.05). Conclusion:There was certain proportion of overweight in the soldiers and students of the armed police forces and was characterized by central type of overweight,that is well worth attention.
