摘　　要：目的　研究头孢匹胺在烧伤患者体内的药动学以及在烧伤患者水疱液中药物浓度。方法　采用高效液相色谱法测定头孢匹胺在血样和水疱液中的浓度 ,以 3P97软件计算药动学参数。结果　静脉滴注头孢匹胺 2g后在烧伤患者体内呈二室模型 ,t1/ 2 β比健康人 (4 .6 6h)长 ,为 8.2 5h ,Vd 高于健康人 (8.17L)为 2 5 .72L。结论　头孢匹胺用于烧伤患者应该考虑调整给药方法。OBJECTIVE: To study the pharmacokinetics of cefpiramide in patients with burn injury and the concentrations in burn blain. METHODS: The concentrations of cefpiramide in biological fluids were determined by means of HPLC. The pharmacokinetic parameters were computed by using 3P97 program. RESULTS: The plasma concentration versus time curve following intravenous infusion of 2 g cefpiramide in patients was coincident with two-compartment model. The elimination half-life was 8.25 h, which was longer than that of the healthy volunteers and the Vd(25.72 L) was higher than that of the healthy volunteers (8.17 L). CONCLUSION: The dosage of cefpiramide may be adjusted for the burned patients.
