摘　　要：目的探讨应用吻合血管的骨膜瓣与筋膜瓣联合包绕治疗难治性骨不连的疗效。方法用吻合血管的骨膜瓣包绕骨折端,骨膜瓣的外围再用吻合血管的筋膜瓣包起,临床应用63例。结果术后2个月有大量骨痂生长,骨折线模糊;3.5～4.5个月骨折线消失,难治性骨折愈合。结论该方法对治疗难治性骨不连是一种有效的手术方法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of vascularized periosteal and fascial flaps in the treatment of problematic nonunion.Methods The fracture site were treated with both vascularized pe-riosteal and fascial flaps.This method was applied on63cases.Above the cases were all followed-up by X-ray.Results A lot of callus were found two months after operation,and the fracture line fun-damentally disappeared3.5-4.5months after operation.Conclusion Vascularized periosteal and fascial flaps is effective and feasible in the treatment of problematic nonunion
