摘　　要：讨论了电弧炉炉外吹氩精炼的机理 ,通过 GCr15轴承钢炉外吹氩精炼试验 ,证明了吹氩精炼工艺能明显减少钢液中有害气体和非金属夹杂物含量 ,并根据当前电弧炉生产的实际 ,论证了2 5 Mn Ni钢炉外精炼的可行性 。This paper discusses the mechanism of ladle Ar blowing refining, i.e outside an arc furnace. Through test of external Ar blowing refining of GCr15 bearing steel, it proves that the Ar blowing refining process is able to greatly reduce hazardous gases and non metallic impurities in the molten steel. Also in this paper, the feasibility of external refining of 25MnNi steel is studied, and the process program of ladle Ar blowing refining put forward.
