丹参酮治疗青春期痤疮85例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨丹参酮对青春期痤疮的治疗效果和作用。方法 :85例患者均为在校大学生和青年教师 ,随机分为治疗组 ( 5 5例 )和对照组 ( 30例 ) ,前者服用丹参酮胶囊 1 g( 4粒 ) ,每天 3次 ,连服 2周后改 0 .5 g( 2粒 ) ,每天 3次。对照组服用连翘败毒丸 6g,每天 2次 ,连服 2周后改为 3g,每天 2次。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 96.4% (治愈率为 2 5 .5 % ,显效率为 5 8.2 % ,有效率为 1 2 .7% ) ,对照组为 76.7% (治愈率为 1 3.3% ,显效率为 2 3.3% ,有效率为 40 .0 % ) ,两组总有效率之间存在显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :丹参酮胶囊对青春期痤疮有明显治疗效果 ,且无毒副作用。Obsjective:To study the clinical efficacy of tanshinone for pubertal acne.Methods:85 patients with pubertal acne were divided into treatment group (55 cases) and control group (30 cases) randomly.The former received tanshinone 1 0 per day,after two weeks of treatment,the dosage was decreased to 0 5 perday.The latter was given lianqao Baidu pills 6 0 twice daily,after two week of treatment,the dosage was decreased to 3 0 twice daily.Results:The total effective rate was 96 4% in the treatment group (Cure rate was 25 5%,remarkable effective rate was 58 2%,and effective rare was 12 7%)in contrast to 76 7% in the control group (Cure rate was 13 3%,remarkable rate was 23 3%,and effective rate was 40%).The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P <0 05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of tanshinone for treatment of pubertal acne was significant and there were no obvious side effects
