摘　　要：长春黄金研究院对已停产的河南省桐柏银矿冶炼厂进行技术改造。通过改造原有生产工艺流程内部结构 ,增加必要的设备 ,强化成本控制等措施 ,使银的回收率由改造前的85 0 1%提高到改造后的 91 35 % ;吨矿生产成本由改造前的 70 0元 /t降低到 4 86 2 4元 /t ;每年既可为矿山增加 370多万元的效益 ,又安排了 10 5名下岗职工就业。The technical reform in the smeltery of Tongbai silver Mine,Henan Province which had stopped production was carried out by Changchun Gold Research Institute.Through reforming original process flow,increasing the necessary equipments and strengthening cost control,the silver recovery rate raised from 85% to 91.35% and the production cost decreased from $700元/t to $486 24元/t,thus it boosted economic benefit $3.7million and provided a golden opportunity for 105 unemployed personnel to get employment.
