Effects of electrical stimulation of the dorsal cutaneous branches of spinal nerves on the discharge activity of remote mechanoreceptive units in rats

摘  要:实验采用分离神经细束的方法 ,观察逆行电刺激大鼠脊神经背侧皮支后 ,在相距较远的神经细束上记录到的Aδ和C类机械感受单位电活动的变化。刺激T9脊神经背侧皮支 ,在T12神经细束上记录到 5 9 3%(16 / 2 7)的Aδ和 71 2 % (37/ 5 2 )的C类单位在刺激后 90~ 12 0s放电显著增加。刺激T8脊神经背侧皮支 ,在T12神经细束上记录到 4 7 8% (11/ 2 3)的Aδ单位和 36 6 % (15 / 4 1)的C类单位在刺激后 12 0~ 15 0s放电显著增加。大多数单位 (18/ 2 3)的机械感受阈值在电刺激远距离脊神经背侧皮支后降低。结果表明 ,逆行电刺激外周感觉神经 ,可以使相距较远的Aδ和C类机械感受单位致敏 。The method of isolating filaments of the dorsal cutaneous branches was used to observe the effects of antidromic electrical stimulation of the spinal nerves on the discharge of remote Aδ and C mechanoreceptive units in rats. Seventy nine mechanoreceptive units were recorded from the T12 nerve filaments after stimulation of the dorsal cutaneous branches of T9 spinal nerve. It was found that the discharge frequency of 59 3% (16/27) Aδ units and 71 2% (37/52) C units significantly increased during 90~120 s after the stimulation. Sixty four mechanoreceptive units were recorded from the T12 nerve filaments after stimulation of the dorsal cutaneous branches of T8 spinal nerves. The discharge frequency of 47 8% (11/23) Aδ units and 36 6% (15/41) C units significantly increased during 120~150 s after the stimulation. In addition, the threshold of the majority of these mechanoreceptors (78 3%, 18/23) decreased after the stimulation. The results suggest that antidromic electrical stimulation of the dorsal cutaneous branches of spinal nerves leads to sensitization of Aδ and C mechanoreceptive units of the remote peripheral nerve endings, which results in an increase in afferent discharge of these units.
